Hi! One of my favorite products that I was given as a gift is the brownie pan! We are a blended family and have 4 boys, and they love brownies, well anything with sugar! It defiantly gets plenty of use when we make homemade brownies. I have been working on being more health conscious and doing a better job of meal planning. Guess what's the perfect thing for that? The brownie pan! Here are some of the ways I use it to create single serving size health conscious meals.
Mini Quiches -
Chop whatever ingredients you like! I use ham, spinach, a little bit of skim mozzarella, pepper, and tabasco sauce. Place some in each well of the brownie pan. Crack an egg over the ingredients. Bake at 350 until the egg is set how you like it. I then place them in baggies and grab a whole wheat English muffin to put in my lunch bag. Healthy pre made breakfast! The best part is, the brownie pan is only 25$!
